There are certain parking spaces that have restrictions on who is allowed to start a Ticket at the parking space. This is where authorization is applied. It is therefore required to have authorization in order to start a Ticket.
Authorization is often available for staff parking at, for example, hospitals. Tickets with authorization can only be purchased by customers who have been granted authorization in advance.
How do I get authorization?
You receive authorization through designated administrators, which is usually your immediate supervisor. Information about what applies to, for example, staff parking with authorization can often be found on the workplace's intranet. Generally, individuals affected by authorization receive information about this through announcements on the intranet or some form of communication.
At certain parking spaces, you may need to apply for authorization in order to start a Ticket or a proactive subscription. A box will then appear where an application code should be entered. The application code can, for example, be your employee number.
If your authorization is revoked, you will receive information about this via email.
When you receive authorization, an email with information will be sent. If the authorization is revoked, you will also receive information about this via email.
If your authorization code does not work or if you have questions regarding authorization, please discuss this with your immediate supervisor.
