In parking spaces where a monthly Ticket is offered, you can create a subscription where the monthly Ticket is automatically renewed (reactive subscription). In some parking spaces, only subscriptions for monthly Tickets are offered (proactive subscription), and here you start a subscription via a link provided by, for example, the parking owner, employer, or landlord.
The different types of subscriptions vary, among other things, in how and when a Ticket is renewed and how a subscription is created. Subscriptions are only available for monthly Tickets.
Subscriptions need to be initiated by you as the customer; Parkster cannot start a subscription on your behalf - but we can certainly guide and assist with information if needed.
Proactive Subscription
- The Ticket is valid for the calendar month, i.e., from the first to the last day of the month.
- The Ticket is automatically created in advance on the 15th.
- Proactive subscriptions are initiated via links provided by, for example, the parking owner, employer, landlord, etc. They are often shared through websites and intranets.
- To start a proactive subscription, you need to have a Swedish personal identification number or a so-called coordination number. The coordination number is stated as a personal identification number.
- The subscription has no binding period but must be terminated by the 14th of the month to avoid the creation of a new Ticket for the upcoming month.
- Change of payment responsibility can be done via My Pages.
- The Ticket is invoiced in advance. On the 16th, in the same month that the Ticket is created for the upcoming month, the Ticket is added to the order, and the customer is invoiced via the chosen payment method.
- Where there is a limited number of subscriptions, you can queue and be offered a subscription when it becomes available. Parkster cannot see your queue position or move it to a new position.
- The subscription is terminated by you as the customer via the app or through My Pages.
- Please note that an already purchased subscription ticket cannot be terminated early, even if the ticket has not yet started to be valid.
Reactive Subscription - Automatic Renewal
- The Ticket is automatically created when the previous one is terminated.
- The subscription is initiated by you as the customer either via the app or via SMS.
- The subscription is terminated by you as the customer via the app, SMS, or through My Pages.
- Change of payment responsibility can be done via My Pages.
- The subscription has no binding period but must be terminated before the current Ticket expires to avoid the creation of a new Ticket.
Where is my subscription valid?
If you have a subscription through your workplace, we recommend that you contact your immediate supervisor or check your intranet. If it is other parking spaces that the subscription applies to, you are warmly welcome to contact us, and we will assist you.
