Parkster Complete is a package of smart features for an extra helpful parking app such as overpayment protection, family account, and receipt sharing. By activating the additional service via the app or through My Pages, you gain access to a smoother parking experience.

Complete costs 5 SEK per completed parking where the ticket cost exceeds 0 SEK. A cancelled ticket or a ticket without cost herefore have no Complete fee. If you terminates Complete during an ongoing parking, this parking is not considered a Complete parking and no Complete fee is added.

Parkster Complete can be activated and deactivated whenever you wish, there is no binding period or notice period. The total cost for the parking ticket and Complete fee is displayed in the app after the parking is completed and on the receipt. In the app view for starting a ticket, the Complete fee is shown under the 'Fee and cost Information'. The Complete fee is also displayed when you accesses an active ticket.

Everyone can sometimes forget to end a ticket. This can be avoided by reminding you to end the ticket when leaving the location if you have forgotten to do so.

Direct payment
You have the option to choose between paying your fee after each completed ticket (via debit or credit card or Apple Pay) or paying monthly via paper invoice, email invoice or debit or credit card.

Are there multiple drivers in the family? With Parkster's Family Account, you can gather up to 4 people and let one person handle the payment on a consolidated invoice. Smooth, right?

Right after completing a parking or at any time, you can go to the app and have your receipt sent to your email address.
