With Parkster, you can park and pay from a single Parkster account - in all countries where Parkster operates! Currently, parking abroad (from the same account) is only possible with a Private Account and Parkster Complete.
Start a Ticket Abroad
- Find the parking space via the map view or by entering the zone code
- Select the desired stop time on the ticket by moving the slider or clicking on the time displayed for the automatic stop time
- Press "Continue" and select the vehicle that the ticket will apply to
- Activate Parkster Complete if you haven't done so already
- Choose your preferred payment method (if this is your first time parking abroad) -> start the parking
All costs are recorded in the local currency of the country where the parking takes place.
Example: A German customer parks in Sweden ➡️ the parking fee is charged in SEK.
If you have a Swedish account and wish to park in Germany and Austria, you can choose from the following payment methods:
- Card payment
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- PayPal
If you already have a private account with Parkster and have previously had post-payment, you will need to choose direct payment if you wish to park abroad. If you have outstanding costs from previous parking instances, a final invoice will be created for these fees.
When you park abroad for the first time, you need to accept the country's user agreement and privacy policy. This is only required once per country.
