To pay for your parking Ticket with Swish, you need to initiate an express parking. If you already have an account with Parkster and are logged into the app, you will first need to log out.

Start an express parking for the first time using Swish as the payment method

1. Open the Parkster app
2. Select the country where you want to park (Sweden, Germany, or Austria) -> Find parking
3. Enter the zone code or select a zone near your current location
4. Choose how long you want to park using the slider
5. Click the 'Continue' button
6. Select Swish as the payment method
7. Choose a vehicle or add a new one
8. Follow the steps for your selected payment method
9. The parking has started, and your active parking can be found under 'Biljetter'

Select Swish as the payment method without starting parking

1. Open the Parkster app
2. Click on 'More' -> My pages
3. Select Swish under Payment method

When you start an express parking, we charge the amount based on the stop time selected at the start. If the Ticket ends before the automatic stop time is reached, the new amount will be charged, and any surplus will be refunded immediately. If you extend your Ticket before the stop time is reached, it will be a new purchase.

Currently, you cannot use Swish as a payment method if you are parking via a Parkster account.
