How do I start a long-term ticket?

A long-term ticket is a ticket with a predetermined validity period and price. A long-term ticket cannot be terminated early. The price is reduced in relation to the rate for short-term tickets.

If you start the long-term ticket via express account, you will be charged immediately. If the long-term ticket is started via an account with login credentials, you will be charged afterwards on the 16th of each month.

Examples of long-term Tickets include:

  • Daily ticket
  • Weekly ticket
  • Monthly ticket
  • Annual ticket

Start a long-term ticket via the app

  1. Find the parking space via the map view or by entering the zone code.
  2. Click on 'Long-term tickets' and select the ticket and validity by pressing the plus sign.
  3. Click on 'Select vehicle and purchase ticket'
  4. Check the selected ticket and validity in the confirmation box and start the ticket by clicking on 'Purchase Ticket'

For long-term tickets that are valid for a month, you can activate automatic renewal. With this subscription, your ticket will be renewed one month at a time as the previous one expires. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time, but be sure to do so before a new ticket has been created.


Start a long-term ticket via SMS

Send an SMS with the length of the long-term ticket, zone code, registration number, and personal identification number to 0707-13 14 15.

Example: MONTH 12345 ABC123 7106061325

For your SMS parking to be valid, you need to ensure that you have received a confirmation receipt on your mobile.
