How do I start a long-term ticket via an express account?

With express parking, you can park without creating a Parkster account. It's a convenient way to park for those who are not yet frequent Parkster users or who only plan to use Parkster for a short period - for example, during your vacation ☀️

If you already have an account with Parkster and wish to use express parking, you first need to log out of your account.

For contractual reasons, some of our clients have decided that this value-added service cannot be offered at their parking spaces. If you attempt to start parking at such a location, you will instead be given the option to create an account in order to start a Ticket.

If a long-term Ticket (for example, a monthly ticket) is available for the selected parking space, it will be indicated on the zone view in the app under 'Long-term Tickets'.

  1. Open the Parkster app.
  2. Select which country you want to park in - Sweden, Germany, or Austria, and press 'Get Started'.
  3. Find the parking space via the map view or by entering the zone code.
  4. Press 'Long-term Tickets'.
  5. Press the plus sign next to the relevant ticket. If you want to purchase more than one, press the plus sign until you reach the desired number.
  6. Press 'Add vehicle and park'.
  7. Press 'Select payment' and then choose your desired payment method.
  8. Enter the registration number and press 'Add vehicle and park'.
  9. Follow the instructions for registering the registration number.
  10. Follow the instructions for payment.
  11. Parking is started and the amount is reserved.

You can choose to add the registration number and select the payment method before you start your first Ticket. Verification for payment methods like Swish and Google Pay/Apple Pay must always be done for each individual express parking. If you have registered a payment card, no verification is needed for each individual purchase.
