When you start an express parking session, we charge the amount based on the stop time selected at the start. Depending on the chosen payment method, it may vary whether we reserve the amount or charge it directly.
Swish - You pay for each parking session. Currently, it can only be used for express parking.
Apple Pay/Google Pay - You pay after each parking session.
Card charging - (VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron, Maestro). The charge is made automatically from your account after each completed parking session.
PayPal - You pay after each parking session.
If you have Swish as your payment method and you end the ticket before the automatic stop time is reached, the new amount will be charged, and any surplus will be refunded immediately.
Extension of Ticket
If you extend your ticket before the stop time is reached, it will be a new purchase. This means that a new reservation/charge (depending on the chosen payment method) will be made for a new amount. Please note that the new amount is calculated from when you originally started the ticket. The previous reservation/charge will be refunded once the extension has been confirmed.
Long-term Parking
When starting a long-term ticket via express parking, the payment is made immediately as it is a fixed cost. If the long-term ticket is started via an account with login credentials, you will be charged retroactively on the 16th of each month.
Failed Charge
If we are unable to charge the estimated amount for any reason, it will be indicated by a message. Reasons for not being able to process a charge may include insufficient funds or the bank or card issuer blocking the purchase.
In this case, you can either try again or choose a different payment method.
