How does My pages for Business work?

When you create a business account, you automatically become the administrator of the account. The administrator "owns" the account, but the company is responsible for payment.

The administrator decides which employees are allowed to park using the business account and can invite employees via a link or code, which is done through a back office accessed via My Pages. Only the administrator can invite employees, but if you need help, we can of course guide you on how to proceed. If you want to add more administrators who can manage the account, as an administrator, you need to contact us for assistance with this.

Log in to My Pages as an administrator
Login details for the Business account are provided when the account is created. If you already have a personal Parkster account and choose to link this account when creating the Business account, the login details for the personal account are used for logging in to manage the business account. Upon logging in, you will then have the option to log in as a personal or business administrator.

My Pages Home Page
The view is similar to that of the personal account, but with some different features. On the home page, the administrator can view and manage contact information, pricing model, payment method and changing it, options for activating/deactivating registration number control, and closing the account. The option to add and remove registration numbers is available from all views.

View of Employees Linked to the Account
Here, you can see all employees connected to the business account. You can also remove and invite new employees. Invitations are sent via email or mobile number. You can also create a code to be given to the employee being invited.

View for Parking and Receipts
Here, you can see the parking permits issued by all employees linked to the account. You can also generate a receipt for desired parking by clicking the checkbox next to the parking and then clicking the 'Generate Receipts' button.

Subscription View
Here, you can see all subscriptions linked to the business account. You can also terminate them and transfer them from one employee to another. This is done through the respective 'Change Owner' or 'Terminate' buttons.

Invoice View
Here, the administrator can see all invoices. You can view the amount, status of the invoice (paid/unpaid), and open the invoices.
