If you have not selected the correct zone code, licence plate number, or parked incorrectly in a parking area, you will receive a parking fine from the parking warden.
Parkster does not monitor parking spaces and therefore does not issue parking violation tickets.
If you believe that the parking fine has been issued incorrectly and you had a valid ticket via Parkster, please contact us at kundtjanst@parkster.se with a description of what happened. We are happy to receive evidence of the ticket as well as a receipt or a screenshot of the active ticket at the time. We can then investigate the matter and the reason for the ticket.
Do you wish to appeal the ticket? Then we refer you to contact the issuer. Information on how to proceed can be found on the back of the fine. If you need a receipt for your ticket, you can download it via My Pages.
Please note that the current signage on-site applies and that you always need to provide the correct registration number and choose the right parking spot when starting your parking.
