I have forgotten my password. How do I get a new one?
You can reset your password by clicking here. Enter the email address linked to your account and await an email for further information. You can also reset your password via SMS. Send the word password to the number 0707131415 to receive a new password via SMS.
How do I update my account information?
If you wish to update your address details (if you move, you need to update your address details yourself), email address, or phone number on your account, this can be done via Mina sidor. Update account details via the app 1. Click on More in the menu 2. Click on 'My Pages' and then 'Manage your account' 3. Update the details you wish to change and click on 'Save changes' further down the page Update account details via the website 1. Click on Log in at the top right corner 2. Log in with your email/mobile number and your password 3. Update the details you wish to change and click on 'Save changes'
Requirements for Password
When creating an account with Parkster, there are requirements for the password. The password must be at least 8 characters for a Private account and at least 15 characters for a Business account. Common or insecure passwords are not accepted. The password also cannot be the same as the username. Examples of insecure passwords include: 12345678 and Password123, etc.
I need a receipt for my employer, where can I find it?
If you want a summary of selected parking tickets to submit to your employer, you can do this via My Pages. Receipts and historical parking tickets can be found under 'Parking/Tickets'. Want to make the reporting even easier? You have the option to park via At work, which means that all your work-related parking tickets will be on a separate invoice from your private parking tickets. Super convenient for both you and your employer! Would you like to email receipts to yourself directly via the app? Then Parkster Complete is your new friend!
My account is blocked, what should I do?
If your account is blocked, it may be due to an overdue invoice. You can always view all your invoices via My Pages. There you can check the status of your invoices such as whether they are marked as Paid or Unpaid. You can also access the invoices digitally, regardless of the payment method. If your account is blocked despite all invoices being marked as paid, please contact us at kundtjanst@parkster.se or 0775 - 33 30 30 and we will investigate what may have occurred.
I want to close my account, how do I do that?
It's unfortunate that you want to close your account at Parkster 😭  When you are logged in via My Pages, you can close your account by clicking on 'Close account'. You can also close the account via the app under My Pages in the menu. In order to close your account, you can not have any ongoing parking, unpaid invoices, or active subscriptions. When you close your account, it will disappear permanently and the action cannot be undone. 
How do I create an account with Parkster?
Create an account via the app 1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play - search for Parkster 2. Open the app and tap 'Log in or create an account' 3. Tap the button 'Create Parkster account' 4. Choose whether you want to park with all of Parkster's features via Parkster Komplett, or if you want to park with Parkster Neutral 5. Enter your email address, phone number, and choose a password for your account 6. Fill in your details and verify yourself with BankID 7. Your Parkster account is ready! The default payment method for accounts created via the app is paper invoice. You can choose to update the payment method during registration. If you wish to update your payment method later, you can do so via My Pages in the app. Create an account via SMS 1. Enter the zone code, registration number, and personal ID number in an SMS and send it to 0707-13 14 15. Ex. 12345 ABC123 7106061325 2. You will then receive a response SMS containing instructions to open the BankID app to confirm your identity 3. Once you have signed with BankID, you will receive a confirmation SMS that confirms your parking. You will also receive a welcome SMS The default payment method for accounts created via SMS is paper invoice. If you wish to update your payment method, you can do so via My Pages.   Don't have BankID? We are aware that not all users have BankID or a smartphone, but we have chosen to implement this as a security measure to protect both our users and our systems. Customers without a smartphone are referred to create an account via the website. There, you can create an account without a personal ID number and enter card details to start parking. Depending on which card you have, you will need to validate ownership of that card via 3DSecure. For the majority of Swedes, this is done via mobile BankID, but there are other methods, such as SMS with the bank. According to statistics from 2024, 8.6 million unique users used BankID, and among registered Swedes aged 18-67, a full 99.9% have a BankID. By implementing this measure, we ensure a safer and more secure user experience for our users.
Where can I find My Pages
At My Pages, you can view your parking history, add more vehicles, print receipts, change payment method, update your contact information and more. My Pages in the app 1. Click on More in the menu at the bottom right 2. Then click on My pages --> Manage your account 3. Now you are at My Pages and can access all the information linked to your account   My Pages via the website 1. Click on Sign in in the top right corner 2. Log in with your email/mobile number and the password you chose when creating your account 3. Now you are on My Pages and can access all the information linked to your account You can also log in to My Pages via our website by clicking here.   
Can I have multiple accounts with the same email?
No, at the moment you can only have one account per email address. Are you aware that you can park via At work? This service is designed to make it easier for you to report expenses to your employer. This means you can have two options for your personal account: park 'Private' or 'At work'. This will create two separate invoices, where the invoice for costs incurred while parking 'At work' can be submitted to your employer. You do not need to create a new Parkster account to park using a company account. Are you going to park through the company? Then Business Account is your new friend! This way, you can be invited by an administrator to a shared company account, and your employer will be responsible for the payment. You do not need to create a new Parkster account to park using a Business account.
My licence plate number is blocked, what should I do?
If your licence plate is blocked, it may be due to overdue invoices. You can always check your invoices via My Pages or through the app under My Pages in the menu. If all invoices are paid, please contact us via kundtjanst@parkster.se or 0775 - 33 30 30 and we will investigate the cause of the blocking.
Can I have multiple email addresses registered at the same account?
You can only have one email address registered per Parkster account. If there are more people in the household and you want to collect all parking fees on one invoice, we have the solution for you! With Family Account, which is one of our smart features in Parkster Plus, you can invite up to 3 family members and collect your parking costs on one invoice.
