The withdrawal is made automatically from your account on the 17th of each month. The day before, you will receive an email with a summary of the parking charges you will be billed for. 

Accepted payment cards are: VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron, and Maestro.

You can only have one payment card registered on your account at a time.

Add account or credit card via the app 

1. Click on More in the menu
2. Click on 'My Pages' and select 'Account or credit card' under 'Payment method'
3. Enter your card details and then click 'Save'
   Our card payment provider is Frisbii
4. Confirm by opening your BankID app and then return to the app
5. Your payment card is now saved
   
   

Add account or credit card via the website

1. Log in to My Pages
2. Click on 'Debit or credit card' under Payment method and click on 'Save choice of payment method'
3. You will be redirected to our card payment provider Frisbii by clicking on 'To Frisbii'
4. Enter your card details and then click 'Save'
5. Confirm by opening your BankID app 
6. You will then be redirected back to My Pages and your payment method is saved
   
   

Do you wish to update your card details? Go to My Pages in the app and click on 'Debit or credit card' under 'Payment method'. Then click on 'Debit or credit card' again and follow the steps to add a new payment card.

To update your card details via the website, log in to My Pages and then click on 'Change debit card' under the current card details. Follow the steps to add a new payment card.
