Why have I received a värdeavi?

If you have received a value voucher sent to your home, it is because you have made a payment on an already paid invoice or you have made an overpayment. The reason the amount has not been automatically refunded to your account is that our invoicing partner Billogram did not have your account information to process the refund. Information on how and where to redeem your AVI can be found on the payment document.

You can always view all your invoices and their status via My Pages under the Invoices tab or through the app under My Pages in the menu.


Would you like to have the amount deposited into your account? 

To do this, a bank receipt is needed as documentation. This can be a screenshot of the transaction in your online bank (NOTE! a regular account statement is not sufficient). The following information needs to be included in the documentation:

  • Amount
  • Payment date
  • Payment reference/OCR number
  • Bank giro number
  • Account number for payment
