In order for you to be able to start parking via SMS or voice response, this needs to be activated on your account. When starting a new account, this is automatically activated. If you wish to deactivate the function, it can be done via My pages or with the help of Parkster (we can only activate the function, not deactivate it).
Activate/deactivate via My Pages
- Log in to My Pages via the website or the app.
- Under Settings - Private, there is a checkbox for "Parking via SMS/Voice response activated" - this should be checked if you wish to be able to park via SMS and voice response, and unchecked if you wish to deactivate the service.
- Click 'Save changes' to confirm the modification.
