Of course you can!

When creating an account via the app, you can choose to register without verifying with BankID.

If you do not have a Swedish personal number/BankID, you must register a debit or credit card as your payment method. It is not possible to start a parking session without this being registered.

When you accept the user agreement and privacy policy during the creation process, Parkster cannot create an account for you as a customer, but we can certainly guide and assist with information if needed.

Create an account without a Swedish personal number

1. Download the app via the App Store or Google Play - search for Parkster
2. Open the app and tap on 'Log in or create account'
3. Tap the button 'Create Parkster account'
4. Choose whether you want to park with all of Parkster's features, or if you want to park with Parkster Neutral
5. Enter your email address, phone number, and choose a password for your account
6. Tap on 'I do not have BankID'
7. Fill in your personal information and tap 'Save'
8. You will now be redirected
9. Fill in your card details to add your payment card as a payment method
10. Tap 'Store' and follow the final steps to receive confirmation of your created account
