For long-term tickets valid for one month, you can activate automatic renewal. With this subscription, your ticket will be renewed one month at a time when the previous one expires. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time, but remember to do so before a new ticket has been created.

Activate automatic renewal via the app

No active monthly ticket

1. Search for the current zone.
2. Click on 'Long-term tickets' for the current zone.
3. An overview of long-term tickets will appear. Tap on 'Renew ticket automatically'.
4. An overview of the selected ticket and the time of the next renewal will appear.
5. Click on 'Choose vehicle and buy ticket'.
6. Select vehicle.
7. Click 'Buy ticket' in the confirmation dialog to start a monthly ticket and activate automatic renewal.
   
   The overview of the current ticket will show that there is an ongoing subscription that renews automatically.

Active monthly ticket available

1. Go to 'Tickets' and tap on the current monthly ticket.
2. Tap on 'Extend ticket'.
3. Tap on 'Automatic renewal'.
4. An overview of the selected ticket and the time of the next renewal will appear.
5. Tap on 'Extend ticket for ABC123'.
6. Click 'Purchase ticket' in the confirmation dialog to extend and activate automatic renewal.

The overview of the current ticket will show that there is an ongoing subscription that renews automatically.

To cancel the subscription, select the current long-term ticket via 'Tickets'. Click on 'Cancel subscription'.

Activate automatic renewal via SMS

1. Send the word 'MA' to 0707-13 14 15.
   Example: MA

In order to start automatic renewal via SMS, you must have an ongoing monthly ticket.
