We understand that life can get in the way and you may forget to stop your ongoing ticket.

The fee for your ticket goes to the parking owner for the parking spot, and therefore we at Parkster cannot change the cost of your ticket without their approval. It is up to the parking owner to decide whether a cost adjustment is approved or not. Parkster can assist you by investigating whether the parking owner approves of us adjusting the cost. The responsibility to stop the ticket when you leave the parking spot lies with you as the user. We recommend using the slider in the app to set a stop time that suits your needs. If you forget to end the ticket when leaving the parking spot, the chosen stop time will take care of it for you.

We also recommend our overpayment protection which reminds you to end your ticket when you drive away from the parking spot, in case you happen to forget.
