If you have an ongoing ticket, you can choose to end it via the app or by SMS.

Please note that long-term tickets have a predetermined end time and cannot be ended in advance.

End ticket via app

1. Go to 'Tickets' in the menu and click on the relevant ticket.
2. Click on 'Stop parking' and confirm that the parking should be stopped.
   When the ticket is ended, an overview of the ticket will be displayed.

End ticket via SMS
Send an SMS with the word 'Stop' to 0707-13 14 15

When you have ended your parking, you will receive an SMS confirming that your parking has been ended. You will also receive an overview summarizing the total parking time and cost.

If you have multiple short-term tickets ongoing, you need to specify the stop, e.g. with the registration number or zone code.

Send an SMS with info 'Stop registration number' to 0707-13 14 15

Send an SMS with info 'Stop registration number zone code' to 0707-13 14 15
