How to create an account - with a Swedish social security number Create an account via the app 1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. 2. Open the app and tap 'Get started!' 3. Enter your email, phone number, and choose a password. The default country for parking is 'Sweden'. 4. Tap 'Create account'. Your account is now created. 5. Tap 'Start BankID App'. 6. Complete the verification using the BankID app. 7. Once the data is downloaded, choose to start parking or change the payment method. Create an account via SMS When you park via SMS for the first time, an account is automatically created. Enter ZONE CODE, REG NO., and SOCIAL SECURITY NO. in an SMS and send it to 0707-13 14 15. E.g. 12345 ABC123 7106061325. Upon receiving the reply receipt, parking is started and the account is created. How to create an account - without a Swedish social security number 1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. 2. Open the app and choose the country where you want to park, then press 'Get started!' 3. Enter your email, phone number, and choose a password. 4. Press 'Create account'. 5. Register a credit card as a payment method. It is not possible to start parking without completing this step.

Want to start a parking without creating an account? Read more here. After you have created an account, follow the steps down below. Start a parking via the app 1. First download the Parkster app via App store/Google Play 2. Find the parking space using the map view or by entering the zone code 3. Select the desired end time for the ticket by moving the slider or clicking on the time displayed for automatic end time 4. Press 'Continue' and choose the vehicle for which the ticket should be valid 5. The ticket has been started  

You will be charged afterwards through a combined invoice for all your completed parkings during the invoice month. Currently, you can choose between three different payment methods: With a Parkster account Paper invoice - The invoice is created and sent out on the 16th of every month and should reach your address within a week. An invoice fee of 39 SEK is added. Email invoice - The invoice is created and sent out on the 16th of every month to your registered email address. Card debit - (VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron, Maestro). The withdrawal is made automatically from your account on the 17th of every month. The day before, you will receive an email with a summary of the parking spaces you will be charged for. The default payment method is paper invoice. You can update your payment method and change your details at any time by logging in to My Pages. In the app, you will find My Pages in the menu.   Without a Parkster account Apple Pay/Google Pay - You pay every time you park. Can currently only be used for expressparking. Swish - You pay every time you park. Can currently only be used for expressparking.

We are available at pitches and campsites around the countries (Sweden, Germany and Austria). Our green signs will be an indicator that you can park with us.  Please note that rules may differ depending on the campsite or pitch. Also remember to pay attention to the parking lot's signs, as some parking lots are reserved for ordinary cars and prohibit the parking of mobile homes. With express parking, you can park without creating a Parkster account. It's a convenient way to park for those who are not yet frequent Parkster users or who only plan to use Parkster for a short period of time - for example, during your vacation ☀️ When using express parking, you can pay directly after your parking has ended. Depending on the country where you are parking, you will have different payment method options. Payment methods for express parking in Sweden * Apple Pay/Google Pay * Debit or credit card * Swish Payment methods for express parking in Germany and Austria * Apple Pay/Google Pay * Debit or credit card * PayPal

A smooth way of parking for those of you who are not yet a frequent Parkster user or who are just planning to use Parkster for a short period of time - during your vacation for instance ☀️ Due to contractual reasons, some of our clients have decided that this value-added service may not be offered in their parking lots. When attempting to start at such a parking space, you will instead be given the choice to create an account in order to start a ticket. How to start an express parking 1. Open the Parkster app  2. Choose the country that you want to park in (Sweden, Germany or Austria) -> Find parking 3. Type in the zone code or choose a zone in the nearby of your current location 4. Choose how long you would like to park for via the slider  5. Click the button 'Add vehicle and park' 6. Choose payment 7. Choose vehicle or add a new one 8. Follow the steps for your chosen payment method 9. Parking has started and your active parking can be found via 'Tickets' How to extend an express parking  1. Open the Parkster app 2. Go to 'Tickets' and click the ongoing parking that you want to extend 3. Click on the button 'Change stop time' 4. Choose your new stop time via the slider 5. Confirm via the button 'Confirm stop time' 6. Your parking has now been extended and your active parking can be found via 'Tickets' How to end an express parking 1. Open the Parkster app 2. Go to 'Tickets' and click the ongoing parking that you want to end 3. Click the button 'Stop parking' and confirm 4. Your parking has now ended. If you ended your parking in beforehand the remaining amount will automaticlly be returned to your account based on your chosen payment method. If you are already using express parking in your country and want to continue doing so in another country you first have to close your express account and then follow the steps for "How to start an express parking". Close your current express account 1. Open the Parkster app  2. Click the 'More' button in the menu 3. Go to My Pages 4. Click the button 'Close account'. Note that you can't have any active parkings or unpaid invoices. 5. Close the app before reopening it to be able to start express parking in a new country.

Rules for motorcycle parking vary throughout the country. The rule of thumb is that the same rules apply to cars and motorbikes unless otherwise stated or if there is no dedicated motorbike parking. That is if there is no dedicated motorbike parking or signage showing a specific rate for motorbikes, then you pay according to the current rate. Many municipalities/cities have information on their websites regarding motorcycle parking. It can be information about where to find dedicated parking spaces, information about taxis and other general information that you can use 🏍️.

Parkster's app can be displayed in six languages - Swedish, English, German, Danish, Norwegian and Spanish. If the mobile settings are already set to one of these languages, it will automatically be used for the app. For iPhone, you can also choose to update only the language of the app. You do so as below: 1. Open the mobile's settings 2. Search for/go to Parkster's app 3. Select the desired language in 'Preferred language' 4. Please note that the names of the parking spaces are not translated

You can find out if it's possible to charge your car with Parkster by checking the signs at the current parking space or by looking for the electric car icon in the app Instructions and prices for charging can be found at the charging station. For some charging stations, the price for charging is displayed in our app. It also indicates whether charging is included in the price of the ticket or if it is charged separately at the charging station. How to start charging via the app 1. Enter the zone code found on the signs or use the "Near You" map function in the app. 2. If it's a parking space where you pay for both parking and charging, you need to choose an end time. 3. Connect the charging cable to your car. 4. Choose which charging socket you want to use. 5. Once you receive confirmation that charging has started, you can leave the car.
