Instructions and prices for charging are available next to the charging station. For some charging stations, the price for charging is shown in our app. It also indicates whether the charging is included in the ticket price or if it is a separate charge via the charging station.

If you experience issues with the charging pole, you need to contact the charging operator. Information and contact details for the operator are available on the charging pole or through signage.
